On pricing, let's be clear.
What's included for each service is in the table above and spelled out line by line in the contract before you sign. Monthly/annual services (GBP, SEO+GEO, social) include human operations + tools + regular reviews; one-time services (web dev, ADA install) include the deliverable itself. Third-party ad spend (e.g. PPC budget) is not included — we don't run PPC, but can recommend a partner Ads team. No hidden fees.
SEO operations start at a 6-month minimum, with 30 days' notice to cancel and zero penalty; social media starts at 3 months. Web builds are milestone-based (typically 40%/40%/20%). No lock-in — once it's working you can stop any time.
Per the contract. After a web build, source code and accounts are handed to you per contract; custom-development deliverables are owned the same way. When we leave, handoff is seamless — we don't hold clients hostage by locking the code.
